The location offers easy access to the royal mile. i found a supermarket conveniently located nearby. donald provided friendly assistance with my luggage. I felt welcomed.
I encountered mold at the bottom of the shower glass. despite reporting this issue twice, housekeeping did not address it. the king bed was two twin beds pushed together. I noticed a ridge in the middle. bathroom towels were not replaced consistently, and coffee amenities were not always restocked!

The club lounge was quite disappointing, it felt deserted. there were no glasses or cutlery available, and the advertised snacks were missing. also, housekeeping was inconsistent. Water and coffee weren't always replenished, and the rug wasn't vacuumed .

the room was quite spacious and included cotton bedding. plump, soft pillows were provided (i really liked them). the shower had great power, and quality toiletries were available.
the coffee and tea facilities lacked variety, offering only a few tiny bits of shortbread.

The king room was clean and modern. The bathroom was roomy and immaculate. Restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was perfect. I could walk everywhere.
The hotel charged a rental fee for umbrellas. This was not consistent with other hotels I have visited.

The hotel is conveniently located near main attractions. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast offered lots of choice, a great start to the day.
I found the heating controls were a little tricky to understand, and instructions would have helped.

The room included a super king-size bed and a double sofa bed, providing ample space. A shower area offered good size and excellent water pressure. Decor in both the room and shower room was of a high standard.

The swimming pool, sauna, and gym were excellent and well-kept. The hotel provided rented umbrellas for a reasonable price and this proved very useful. I liked the location near the Royal Mile
